can't get beyond krokotopia

I'm stuck. My only quest is sunken city. Can't get access to Marleybone. any suggestions?

Not sure what my last quest was. I am a level 24.
Can't get to Tomb of Storms except by transporting. I had some quests there and completed them with my friend.
Can get to Krakosphinx, but haven't been offered and quests there.

You need to go down the ladder near the Balance Tree and your quests will start for the Krokospinx.
