Obsidian Chests

Does anyone know what the obsidian chests are for? Ive seen a couple around and cant do anything with them. Thanks

in dragonspyre you will get a quest to go back and open all of them. i dont want to spoil it for you so i wont tell you what is in them. but there are 9 of them, 2 in wizard city, 2 in krok, 2 in marleybone, 2 in mooshu, and 1 in dragonspyre. i wondered the same thing til i got the quest. good luck playing!
