New slipstream/comet boots

What do the new boots available from Zeke in the Commons ( one called slipstream and one called comet) do?

These are Speed Increase boots to make you run a little faster :D

yeah my friend has bought the comet one and he really runs faster than me with none of those types of shoes.

i would probably where them if i was traveling somewhere, and if needed to battle put on some fighting type of boots.

ones that give you health or a card. something like that.
