Hi, I was just wondering if you also can get the level 48 spell for your secondary school of choice?

Only the Professor for your main school of focus will offer you the quest for the level 48 spell. You can however, find these spells as Treasure Cards.

No, if your main school of focus is Storm, you can get the level 48 Storm spell.
