I am finishing the Vault of Ice. I was wondering, what is after Vault of Ice anyways? Am I close to going to marleybone?

You've got a ways to go.
One more dungeon in the Krokosphinx, then on to the Tomb of Storms.

After the Vault of Ice, you have 2 major quests in the Krokosphinx and then you have the Tomb of Storms to complete. You're about two thirds through with Krokotopia.
