My permanent Mount was deleted.

Hi I need help I bought serpent wings over a year or two ago and I finally logged in to my character to put it in my shared bank for my other character and it seems like I don't have them anymore what should I do an yes they were permanent.

We pulled all your records since 2009 and you have only ever purchased Temporary 1 day mounts, never a permanent Seraph Wing Mount.

Permanent Seraph Wings are only available for Crowns, not Gold.
