Shalek in emperor retreat is MIA

I have finished the dungeon,the arrow and task tell me to speak to shalek but he is not there.

When you complete the dungeon, Shalek the Wise returns to entrance hall.

Could your arrow possibly be referring to the Shalek that is outside the dungeon?

I know how you feel. It says to talk to him in Emperor Retreat, yet he isn't here and I gotta do it all over again. Still nothing. I've had this problem on my fire as well. Sigh.
