Chat Filter

I understand the need for a chat filter,but can anyone tell me why the word "perhaps" is banned?

It's not that it is blocked, it's just that it is not added.
The Text Chat filter is one that works by adding words to the dictionary, not blocking words from it.

on text chat you can say the word perhapsbut in open chat it is filtered out as red why is that
