where is waterworks

Waterworks is in Crab Alley on Triton Ave. I believe the quest for it starts at the old mill guy or maybe the Storm teacher, I have been crafting my gear so it has been a while since I bothered with this instance due to the constant disappointment of not collecting the gear. You must be level 60 to access this and need at least one other wizard to be able to complete it in a reasonable amount of time.

It is in crab alley once you reach lvl 60

Water works is done but you can still go to crab alley.
