Hello, when my fire was on this quest, now on my ice, i am facing a glitch in Emperor Retreat. It says: Talk to Shaelk the Wise in Emperors Retreat, yet he isnt there! I have done this twice on my fire and ice, yet i didnt find him. (my fire was adept then). Is this a glitch?
