Your requirements are fine for all, however, the only one with a firey interior is the Fire House. You know that since you've obviously previewed them all. So save 40,000 more gold and buy that one.
There is a new house that was supposed to come out today but KI is still working on it. A wysteria house that costs 100,000 in gold or 10,000 in crowns. I am hoping that it will be ready tomorrow, as it looks really cool!! you can check it out on youtube there are some videos of it and it looks really awesome!!! good luck on your house hunting :D
