help ! When I was doing Big Ben I did not have the quest for the books or cats ! now that I am almost done I can't find big Ben to get the last book or cat ! only quest I have left to do is the East wing ! I have done all the bosses 3 times looking but I can't seam to find Big Ben again !

I'm not sure how you did Big Ben earlier, if you still have the Counterweight East quest.
The order of quests is Counterweight East, Counterweight West, and then Big Ben. Sounds like you must have teleported in to a friend and done Big Ben out of order.
To enter Big Ben, you go into the Royal Museum, first floor, in the center of the room.
After you finish the two Counterweight quests, you should have access to Big Ben.

You will have to go back through Big Ben. The straycat is almost at the top (the level after the silver chests). The book is in the final challenge where you fight Moriarty.
