This is a possible way of how critical goes from a rating to a percent. To convert rating for critical divide the rating by 6 and that is the percent. for block divide the rsting by 5 and that is the percent. It does round up or down though by the decimal for example 80 rating means 13.33333333 ect. which rounds to 13. This is just a well educated guess. If anyone found out something different please post.
