level 46, who am I supposed to talk to?

I can't remember who I am supposed to talk to after leveling to 46. Anyone? It looked like one of the bears from Grizzelheim, but I've been around Northguard and can't see anyone who wants to talk to me.

Here is a link to a list for all Balance School spells:

I don't see anything on there for a Level 46 spell.

If you did get a pop-up notice on the game, and it looked like a bear, you might want to see Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town (instead of Northguard).
