They added universal resist to the Level 66 crafted Inyanga's Robe, but it isn't a whole lot different from the Waterworks robe. I'm currently using Inyanga's Robe, but I'm not fully convinced it's better than the Firestarter's Cape. Shoes and hat, though, waterworks gear for sure.
Ok first off, I have found boots BETTER than waterworks. Flameborn Sidhe Attire boots. Level 65 fire boots. I got them as a lucky drop farming megas off of mirror lake. Trying to farm some more to see if there is lvl 70 stuff. BTW I also got razzle dazzle boots AND splendid boots. Mirror lake is the home of the rarest drops. Farm for a leopard pet.
