I doubt it. Might want to get a pack before the 12th if you really want one.

However, barring any other promotions, it will likely return this Halloween.

nope they said that it will leave with pack a palooza
so buy one fast

also it was a halloween pack and most likely will appear next year

No.
There's an update today on the log-in screen that says when Pack-a-Palooza ends so the does the Nightmare pack.
