When can I get my forest lord!?

The Forest Lord spell requirments are:
Must be level 58
Must be Life
Once these requirments are met, go to Moolinda Wu for the quest Act Naturally.

The Forest Lord Pet requirements are:
Must be level 58
Must have completed quest Loudly Sing Cuckoo
Must have completed quest Nordriland Exposure
Once these requirments are met, go to Moolinda Wu for the quest Ready to Hatch.

You'll get a call from your teacher when you reach the correct level. Forest Lord is a rank 8 (level 58) spell, so you've got a little ways to go yet.

Level 58 after you complete most all the main story line in Winter Tusk in fact I collected all 4 seals. At level 55 I headed to Winter Tusk and completed this and was level 58 by the time I got to the pet quest part.

Things like you have to have finished Grizzlehiem and have your level 48 pet come into play.
