Find the Flies?

Sometimes in videos I see,below menu chat,a circle with a fly with a party hat on.Then I saw it on one of my sister's characters but it was faded,whats that all about?

It is on the Test Realm - we click on it to report bugs or glitches in the game.

If it is on like the real game - like Gamma said - ignore it :)
