I am a lvl 48 balance wizard and I was wondering when I would get the judgement pet, and if it is just assinged to me or do i have to buy it.

To get the Judgment pet you have to be at least Lvl. 58, have done all of Grizzleheim, and gotten up to "Nordrilund Exposure" in Wintertusk.
