In the news section, it says that for wizards under level 10 won't see special things. But not even Power pips! Am I wrong or there's a crown ring that boost 2% of power pips that are level5+?
Yes, there's a Crowns item that gives a boost to Power Pip percentage, but the system overrides it's possibility until level 10. It's offered in the level 5 equipment for the wizard's benefit at level 10, because the next-highest shop-sold Crowns equipment is offered at level 15.
