Why didnt I get my pets?

I redeemed two pre paid cards this morning and didn't get either pet. I got the crowns, but not the pets. I logged of 3 times and that didnt work. I am confused...what am I missing?

Some of the November prepaid card pets got held up in customs, and should be in your Gift Window the next time you log in to Wizard101.
