to get to krokotopia you must defeat lord nightshade and be level 15.

dude you dont have to be lvl fifteen i got in at lvl 11 and you have to beat firecat alley, triton avenue, and cyclops lane and if you have and merle doesnt have the quest try beating a couple quests and check again and if that doesnt work go level up to level ten Laura Drake Level 32 Theurgist (Life)
