You just have to go back where you would usually find Penny in the Commons. When you get close enough to where you stand it should pop up saying you found her spellbook and then it tells you where you can find her next.
Why is she still in Wizard city if she does not have the task anymore?
Is this a bug or is she now like that Zebra that just stands there without giving tasks?
I made a new wizard character, my other 3 have the cyclops but now my fourth one can't get the task. Is there a certain level you have to be to get it?
