Where can I find Ogden Peake?

I was told to go see Olgen Peake, but I have no idea where he is. Any help would be great. Thanks

CL Base Camp, on the left as you come off the ramp of the Spiral gate.

hes in celestia base camp, near the reagent vendor. you can find him on the map

is it a school related quest if so try putting on your quest arrow it should help you
