I think I already asked KI about this and dint get a reply. I tested the insane bolt for a group of 20 strikes, then 40, then 50, then 100. Based on this. I observed that 55% of the time the insane bolt will kill the caster and not the enemy. Makes me doubt all the published percentages and numbers here and there.
