No, no, Colagada is wrong. She is from a nice part of MB inhabited by humans. Since there is next to no crime there (almost all the humans are very competent wizards) there is no reason for you to go there. They, however, were busy and couldn't deal with the Marleybonian crime problem. That is why you have to deal with it.
