how do I get to colossus boulevard? and how do i open it?
Colossus Boulevard entrance is in the shopping district. You open it by completing the three streets quests and I believe the quest that tells you about Nightside. Anyways, Colossus Boulevard opens right before you go to Kroktopia, but you must see Merle Ambrose to get the letter to show the guard before he lets you in.
