I just started a Balance student and i wanna know what school should she use for her secondary, which goes best with Balance? My Death student is a level 38 with a Life secondary. I also wanna know what school would be good for a secondary for an Ice student & what would be the best secondary for a Storm student.

Anyone other school you enjoying playing will be a good choice. You can even choose Astral as your secondary school or mix and match from several. Or don't take a secondary school at all. However, if you intend to farm/buy the Mastery Amulet then it is best to stick to one secondary school. With Balance nearly all the schools are good choices for secondary.
Each school is equipped with the necessary skills to progress through the game without choosing a secondary school. So it really depends on what play style you prefer.

My ice has a death side, and mainly for the feint spell because its a trap that makes an attack a lot stronger and because ice hits so low it can really help, i also like the doom and gloom spell because i dont really heal much and it can stop other people from healing in pvp. But i know a lot of people find success in Life as a secondary for Ice so you can basically tank and heal and shield yourself
For Balance i would suggest life, my balance's side is life and i love it because i also have that mastery amulet. So i can heal myself pretty decently. But imo the best secondary school is eiter Death or Life. But i would always train ice up to tower shield because tower helps out a ton.

I trained my balance in death up to feint, ice up to tower, and sun school spells. If you plan on grouping most of the time, then I would suggest training in Life so you can heal others. I only group occasionally, so pixie, helping hands, and the occasional healing treasure cards have been adequate for me.

I recently started a balance mage with death as second school and am enjoying it very much. It is fun and different.
I don't think it is a matter of what school she SHOULD use as a secondary. It is a matter of what school you feel would be fun to play as the secondary. It is what works for YOU and your play style.
There is no singular best secondary school for any class. It all just depends on YOU. ;-)
