Help with throne room

When I try to open the prince's door I can't the fires are yellow and I can't seem to change them.They are covered by white squares that I can sometimes see past.Help

Ah those white squares mean you're having a graphics problem.

Contact Mr Lincoln to find out what you need to do to correct this. It may be as simple as updating your Graphics drivers.

Once you're logged in to Wizard101.com the website, click the Help banner on the left and scroll to the bottom to contact Mr Lincoln.
