secret history in Drack hatchery

I can't seem to fine this history book in Drake Hatchery could someone please tell me where it is....

The history book in the Drake Hatchery is in the Tower for the Giant Homunculus. This Tower is on the map just below the Blue Wizard that is showing at the top center of the map.
