For some reason i haven't gotten the MB quest to get there and I'm Level 35. Please reply.

Check your quests for one in Krokotopia. To get access to Marleybone, you have to defeat Krokopatra in the Tomb of Storms. At that point, you'll go see Sergeant Major Talbot, and he'll send you to Merle Ambrose.

If you didn't finish some quests in Krokotopia, you should finish them because one of there missions could lead to Marlybone.
