At lvl 58, Dworgyn will give you a quest to go to Dragonspyre's Necroplis and talk to Osseus Nightreaver. After he gives his Boss speech you must deafeat Osseus. He has somewhere around 13,000 health. Osseus also has a Crying Spirit as a minion. I'd reccommend building up and defeating the minion first. Also, buy a lvl 60 Life henchman. Then, after you defeat Osseus, he will say,"Here are the bones. You are a true Necromancer," and you must return to Dworgyn. Next, you will have to go to Nidavilleir in Grizzleheim and assemble the Drake bones. After that, you once again return to Dworgyn and you will get the spell "Skeletal Dragon." Hope this helped!!
