Waterworks updates!

I noticed that at the final boss of waterworks you can't use cloak anymore for blades. Why is this? Or why was it removed?

My guess is that it made the encounter easier. They probably removed the cloak ability to keep the encounter at the challenge level intended.

To make the dungeon harder. Still wish is was even harder though.
