I can't get to Krokosphinx or the Tomb of Storm

I can't figure out how to get to Krokosphinx or Tomb of Storm. Is there a quest I have to do? I don't know!!! I'm a level 17 but I can't figure it out!!! Please help me!!!!!

Young Wizard you must earn your way to these areas by completing all that is asked of you in the Oasis and the Pyramid of the Sun.

When you are ready to adventure in these areas, you will be given quests to ride the boat and use the teleporter.
