I just signed up as a subscription member. Before I signed up, when I was a free player, I could use the text chat feature fine. I am 18 years old and I used my correct birth date to sign up. But now that I signed up for a subscription it is saying that I'm not allowed to use the text chat feature. I checked my account settings and it had changed the birth date on my account, so I changed it back to my normal date. I also noticed it had added a bunch of parental options to my account so I turned them all off, but it still won't let me use the text chat feature! How do I fix this?
