I have recently gotten the amulet "Talisman of Disorder" and it gives 0 cards and since amulet's only give cards i am pretty sure it was a mess up, can it please be fix :).

Deck of the Gallium Paladin. Max spells 60 Max copies 4 Max (Life) copies 7 Sideboard 25 Life School Only Level 45+ Only
Only problem is it only allows 4 life spells to be added not 7 as descriptions say it should. I think the restrictions were placed backwards and should be:
Max (Life) copies 7 Max Copies 4
is just my guess don't know how equipment mechanics actually work.
What spell does it give? Is there a tempest amulet. I know there is robe . But power pips don't work for robes , shoes and hats and amulets . So i would prefer wearing something that doesn't have a X on it.
