Level 23 in shiritaki temple

I've just started a myth character a few days ago and i'm lvl 23 now in shiritaki temple is this a good level?

I'd venture that it's impossible to have the Spiral key to Mooshu at level 23.

That's impossible because you should be in either Kroktopia or Marleybone.
