I have a question. In PvP, I was fighting a death legend (I was a death legend myself). I used dispel, his pips didn't go back to one pip. Yet when he used dispel, mine did? That's kind of not fair. So yeah, not really gonna complain beyond that point other than I'm just curious as to why it does this.
