Entry to a main world is not dependent on your level, young Wizard, but on the assignments you have completed.

Once you have completed all your required assignments in Wizard City, Merle Ambrose will ask you to investigate Krokotopia.

Once you have been given that quest, you can access the Spiral door by entering Bartleby the World Tree.

After you’ve completed Krokotopia, you can move on to Marleybone, then MooShu, then Dragonspyre, then Celestia.

Grizzleheim is an exception to this. You can visit Grizzleheim at level 5, but cannot return until level 20.

Interesting comment Professor,
The fact that you said it takes you COMPLETING assignments
to move on to another world would indicate that one has to
complete ALL main assognments to move to the next level.
So seeing lower level wizards in higher worlds WITHOUT
completeing the assignment to obtain entry rights to that
world would be a "EXPLOIT" to lower wizards porting there ??
In short this "EXPLOIT" would and is being used to benifit
the lower wizards with gear, pets and the such.
So should this "EXPLOIT" be treated like all the other
exploit's that were used during game play ?
For example, the mega meal plant stacking exploit.

Completing assignments allow you to "move on" to another world as an achievement and experience of your wizard. You are never denied entry to an area if you purchased it (either through subscription or crowns). However, spending time in an area that you have not earned is actually more wasteful, since you are not gaining experience and most items cannot be equipped until the proper level. An exploit is doing something in-game that is not intended by the designers, however, porting to any friend no matter where they are is a design feature intentionally available to all members and some crowns payers.

Just as the Wizard101 site indicates members have access to all areas of the game. Those wizards that choose to pay by crowns will only have access to all areas, if they pay for all areas separately.

Unless you simply just don't like low level wizards in high level areas, your frustration sounds like the age old dilemma within MMOs of "twinking" or providing/obtaining items to characters that are not in position to obtain themselves. If this is the case, your better argument with KI, would be to ask for more "no trade" and "no auction" items or allow a feature for denying unwanted wizards from joining groups and gaining loot by "piggybacking". A group of low level wizards should actually be rewarded with loot if they successfully defeat a challenging fight, but piggybacking on the fight of higher level wizard is a unique form of twinking to Wizard101. Twinking is not an exploit, but is considered unfair by some.

Unfortunatly I beg to differ.
The origonal quote from the professor was:
Entry to a main world is not dependent on your level, young Wizard, but on the assignments you have completed.
As for my comment on the exploit.
When a level five piggy backs and get a, say, spiny fish or a sea dragon.
Then uses that to benifit themselves in PVP, I consider that an exploit
and should not be allowed.
If you statement regarding "no experience" holds true, then why are
they there except to gather loot.

The whole premise of the game described in many places is it is like school.
You complete your projects and move up, not take the easy way out
and go somewhere you have no experience to be !!!
I personaly dont care where UNDERLINGS go, but when they jump a battle
mearly to gain loot on your back, thats when I have a problem....
