Balefrost question

Just wondering; when I cast Balefrost does it only affect my spells or does it give the bonus to my allies and, more importantly, my enemies as well?

Global spells like balefrost give their bonus to everyone in the circle.

Bubble aura spells affect everyone.
Personal aura spells (Star school) affect only you.

Thanks, that's what I thought but I wanted to be sure before I took it out of my deck before every battle with an Ice opponent.

You don't have to take it out, just don't use it each time you have to beat an ice enemy. My son has an ice wizard and I have to remind him not to use it on ice enemy sometimes. I either replace it with my own or he replaces it with his fire circle.
