I've done the West Tower Instance in Marley 3 times and the final boss fight has a bug. It has never cause me a problem, but each player only sees himself and two enemies as normal. Everyone else appears underground.
Still, it is not everyday that one gets to see half the laws of physics broken with no consequences.
