Sunken City Lighting

Is it supposed to be pitch black in sunken city? I have tried multiple times to enter but it is so dark I can't see anything.

Sunken City is very dark. Try turning up your Brightness in Options. You can turn it back down when you finish the instance.

If that doesn't work, send in a ticket to Support.
