Talked to teach she wants her book back to give me a spell, so I went to chick that was house sitting for teach. then had to go to Marleybone to talk to Sherlock Bones, now he wants me to go to Chelsea Court to talk to Ms. Marphely. Funny thing is I can't get there because Tracey Castleton won't give me a ticket to Chelsea Court. She tells me " We're not letting on passengers for Chelsea Court, yet." So my question is, is there another way to Chelsea Court or do I have to find a way for her to let me on?
You have to level up until you get a quest from Sherlock Bones to talk to someone in Chelsea Court. Sometimes these things happen, and your school teacher gives you a quest in an area you don't have access to. Simply do your other quests until you gain access to the place you need for your spell.
