You have to be able to get into the Krokosphinx before you can get this spell. When you can get into the Krokosphinx (You have to finish the Pyramid of the Sun first), go see Dalia Falmea.
at level 18 you are supposed to get a quest to get Heckhound. I never got contacted for this quest!!! Are there any quests you have to do before this ?
ok there are 2 reasons this might be happening reason 1 you might have your tooltip messages set to critical only if that is the case you won't see the message pop up reason 2 you might still have a previous quest to get a spell
