1.Idk 2.Separate land, probably 3.Stormalot or Marlybone, there is conflict over which. 4.Her ancestors probably moved there, and she was born there.

What inhabits Celestia? What level do you have to be to go to Celestia? Is there anyone who will help me with the Ironworks?
