Ah please don't stress out, young Wizard. This is just a display issue. We're still trying to figure out why this appears for some players and not for others. It could have something to do with the time set on your computer, your time zone or many other factors, but please rest assured that it will not actually take years to hatch your pet.
Chances are, by the time you log in next, your pet will be hatched :) If your pet is not hatched in the next few days, please send an email to Mr Lincoln at support@wizard101.com
