How long to get to Krotosphinx?

I am an Ice wizard at level 14, and I have been at Krokotopia, for like, ever, and I can not unlock Krotosphinx!!! And plus, I have 3 or 4 pages of quests. Please tell me how long, and which quests are most important!!! Thanks in advance.
