how do i get into knights court?

I have a mission beat the brown recluse and i cant get into it? is there a special mission i have to do to get into it?

I believe that you have to finish the storyline quests in Hyde Park and Chelsea Court first (and possibly the Ironworks, too), before Watson will let you go to Newgate Prison and/or Knights Court.

Yes, Ironworks, as well as Newgate complete the story line before Knight's.
