Some I can think of off the top of my head are:

Stellarium
Lunarium
Solarium (think so, because first two have trainers)
Base Camp

I think 1 is in the moon room. And another on an island or beach thats a platipus. then the sun one, i do not know where she is,but i think shes in ds

It would better if we knew which spell you were looking for. Astral trainers are throughout Celestia. Which trainer are you wanting? Moon, Star or sun? If you are looking for all the best place to start would be the fan sites.

HERE IS THE ACTUAL ANSWER
The sun trainer with all the spells is on the floating land. (although there is a secret trainer in stormriven hall with mutates.)
The moon trainer is in portico and the lunarium (although there is another in in stormriven)
The star trainer is in the stellarium. (No secret trainer)
