Thank you. Found it. He was standing with the other Kroks. He looks just like them so that's why I didn't notice. Usually bosses like him have a special room that you must enter.

Guess he isn't so special! :-D

This boss is one of the (two?) bosses that wander an area. Check your map, go to that area, and he will be around there.
